Meirion House is a delightful end-terrace cottage situated in the village of Llanbedr just three miles from Harlech in Snowdonia National Park. The cottage can sleep six people in two double bedrooms, one adult bunks and one single together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. Outside is roadside parking for one car and parking in pub car park together with enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Highchair and stairgate available. Roadside parking for 1 car on first come, first served basis. Additional parking in pub car park 100 yards away. External bike rack. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, downstairs only (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking internally, smoking area outside. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: There is a right of way at the rear for the neighbouring properties. Note: Although ground floor there are 3 steps down to the kitchen and the first floor landing is split-level between the bedrooms and bathroom, care should be taken. Note: The cottage is set slightly back from the main road, some road noise may be heard. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: This property requires a refundable good housekeeping bond of £150.
